Me and 3 friends all booked their TOEFL services separately, 2-3 weeks before our exams. They were friendly, reassuring, the whole act. No upfront payment. That's literally why we all chose them. Then, the night before each of our exams, we're talking 8, 12, 16 hours before, they hit us with a payment request. Used our country of origin as the "reason." At that point what are you supposed to do? Your exam is in the morning. We were left with no choice than to pay. $500 each, in crypto. The second the payment went through, they vanished. Left on seen. One tick. Gone. We each walked into a TOEFL exam we'd already paid $200 for, with no help, and failed. For some of us this was needed to graduate. After the exams we tried calling, messaging, everything. Nothing. No reply, no refund, nothing. So to sum up: they will be nice to you, promise no upfront payment, wait until you are completely cornered the night before your exam, take $500 from you in crypto, and then disappear. You'll be out $700, you'll fail your exam, and you will never hear from them again. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!
