The case fits perfectly and holds it secure even if it is dropped. All features of the tablet works well with the case in place. The order was processed and shipped in a timely fashion.

Not up to previous ProCase standards
The distribution system is abysmal. It took 10 days for me to receive the merchandise. Most online purchases are delivered within one week, but not ProCase. It sat in a Baltimore distribution depot for OVER a week. The product is satisfactory. This is the third ProCase I've purchased; it's for my 10.5" Samsung tablet. The built in screen protector causes air pockets to form between the tablet screen and the clear film itself. Definitely not up to the standards and quality of the other ProCase tablet covers I've used over the years. Three stars is maybe generous. Very disappointed in ProCase this time out.

Great Support
Great support regarding Microsoft Laptop 5 cover. I had pre-sales questions regarding item; prompt helpful answers. Without the pre-sales help, I would not have purchased the item. The Procase fits well, looks good, and is great protection. Thank you.

Speedy & the right case that was NOT…
Speedy & the right case that was NOT available anywhere else for a 1st/2nd gen ipad. This is the second case I’ve ordered & both were speedy & the right unit.
