Makes perfect sense
Makes perfect sense. The price was surprisingly low but great quality and price. I am able to fit my Apple AirPods Max 2 with the Apple case inside with no issues. I like the hard case and it protects these very expensive headsets. The only thing that would make this better if it were available in different colors. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service
Sent the wrong item. They will take it back but only with a 15% restocking fee and I must pay for return postage. That will be more expensive than the item cost. On the positive side - their price was good and response was quick. I would stick with Amazon.

Our mistake ordering wrong size for…
Our mistake ordering wrong size for iPad cover but… to return item is horrible. They make it really difficult. Beware!!!!. It’s been taking weeks to get return label with address.

A return label can be provided once we confirm the item’s condition and the appropriate replacement is available. From August 31 to September 3, our team exchanged three emails with you to confirm the product condition and the correct iPad model for the replacement. We were still working with you to find a solution when this review was posted, so we were honestly surprised to see this feedback. We remain committed to helping you complete the return or exchange as smoothly as possible.
