Just add me to the list of cheated customers. Everything that has been already said by the others, happened to me including: not shipping the item ordered, playing sillybuggers when I try to get them to become accountable, offering $4 to go away, etc and it goes on and on.. I have learned my lesson. I will be writing or commenting whenever the opportunity arises. Have already communicated with Instagram regarding these people. Stay away! I would give a zero (0) rating if the app would take it!

I made a purchase and was charged 3/6/26. First package stopped tracking. After 1 month, they said they would resend order. That package was not declared at customs so another package was sent out. It’s been over 2 months and still no package. I’ve asked for a refund several times to no avail. This business is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Did not receive merchandise, but was charged. I paid March 26, 2026.

Fake company. Ordered wallet. They set up tracking that showed item leaving Netherlands and after many weeks supposedly ended up somewhere in US where tracking just stopped. Made complaint to PayPal. Company said they would send new item. This time tracking through 17track.net which showed item coming from China and then New York. Then THEIR fake tracking said item was delivered to my mailbox. Post Office records show no evidence of item ever being anywhere. PayPal denied refund because Probable said they delivered it. SCAM. Never buy anything from them.

Stay away another scam advertised on Facebook. Purchased a wallet a month ago. They stopped sending updates and I never received my order. They will send an email saying that they will resend your order then never respond to you again. Only out of 34 dollars I should have known better but will never make this mistake again

This company is fake I ordered something from them It took 6 weeks to deliver and then it just stopped they refused to refund my money and they won't tell you what credit card you charged on the receipt has no information and the tracking is bogus stay away from this company

The length in time it took to receive the item (1 month).... As I wasn't completely satisfied with the item and wanted to return the item, They have no return policy. The item cost me over $ 50.00 canadian with exchange rate and delivery cost. They offered me 4 dollars US and to keep the item. It is your expense to ship it back to "China" which would probably as much as the item. They basically don't care. I would recommend not to order anything from this company. Very unhappy customer

Item never arrived, they would not refund and would not resend the item. When I reached out they kept sending auto responders that showed they weren't reading my emails. They are said the first tracking number was "wrong" when that one showed the item was clearly lost in transit and never made it and then offered another tracking number that said "Delivered" over a month and a half ago, when the original tracking showed the item coming from abroad on the original tracking and the second showed shipped and arrived locally. I even was charged "shipping insurance" and they still wouldn't do anything but continue to say it was delivered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
