Pro Audio LA "ghosted" me!!!
I ordered custom instrument cables 113 days ago — a small order, under $100. I knew it would take time and was fine with that. After two months, I asked for an update and got a reasonable timeframe in response. A month later, still nothing, so I asked for a refund. They agreed and were cordial about it. I paid via PayPal and got a message confirming Pro Audio LA had submitted the refund. Then on 8/7/26, PayPal notified me the refund had failed on the seller's end. They've been unresponsive since, and PayPal hasn't been able to help. It's not a lot of money, but I got nothing for it. Stay away from Pro Audio LA — look elsewhere for quality cables.
