Before starting with Proactive Marketing, I had tried several different marketing companies to bring in new patients. Working with Proactive has been a great experience so far. Within the first week alone, we became profitable and converted all 4 of our show-ups into care plans. The systems, communication, and support have been awesome. I can't imagine using anyone else to grow my business.

Proactive Marketing is the first social media marketing company I have tried and we are just finishing up with our 3rd month. We’ve had such a great experience working with Proactive since taking over a practice a year ago. Growing a practice comes with a lot of moving parts, so having a team that genuinely understands our goals and works alongside us has been incredibly helpful. We have consistency in leads and new bookings from our ads every month. We also meet bi-weekly with our account manager, Cole, to go through the numbers, talk about what’s working, and make adjustments when needed. I really appreciate that we’re not just “set up and forgotten about” — there’s ongoing communication, support, and a real focus on getting results. Cole has done a great job in ensuring this. He is a wonderful person and responds promptly when concerns arise or we need to make some adjustments.
