When are you going to include Canadian stocks on the TSX and VSE???

I'm generally positive on Benzinga Pro, but I think two things could be improved: 1. Chat Window(s). a) Not sure where people go who are on the "Trial" part of their subscription. If they don't have platform questions, and they're not "Pros," what room/channel do they go to? b) It would be nice to be able to enter a symbol in "$" format and show all comments about it, going back, say, 12 hours, or back to the previous midnight. I'd also like to be able to download the last 12 hours of all comments to search for things and see what I've missed. There is currently no easy way to do that. c) The ability to mute/highlight users is a popular feature request. But, it would also be nice to be able to play a sound and highlight one's own name when someone in the chat mentions you or asks you a question. It's easy to miss these things if you aren't tuned in to BP constantly. 2. Feature/Bug Timeline. When someone asks where a proposed feature or bug fix is in the timeline, the last thing one wants to hear is "we don't make our timeline public." I've heard this more than once, and it is extremely annoying, and completely unnecessary. When you get this question, the professional thing to do is state, "The following items are being addressed in our next minor release, while these other things will be addressed in the next major release. On the other hand, the following items are being discussed for future inclusion in the timeline." If you want your users to be loyal to you, then you need to be loyal to them too by telling them what items have immediate priority, and which ones are further down the list.

The trading program help located the specific spots for profits and reduce the risk of losing money. On the other hand, the live chat is not always helpful and the comments provide by individual users and the administrator is not always related to trading. Finally, the price for the tools are overpriced and some improvement most be made to reach the five hundred dollars experience. Hopefully they would provide a budget version to attract more customers to this platform.

Good product with some great features. Chat could be better currently lacks some basic features like tagging people. Also, admins seem to have a few chat buddies that they just constantly chat with and ignore other users.

A lot of great information, but I don't know how to use it in trading

Your team in the newsroom deserves 5+ stars. 99.9% of my question were answered. The people are very diligent and proficient. Your speaker at BZ squawk is not. It is close to impossible the differentiate the letter T from D, B from P, V from B, at the announcement of tickers, you know what I'm getting at. The announcements are often mumbled or spoken too quickly, quite often the tickers are not repeated at the end of the announcement. Big B and the other young speaker have crystal clear voices. I'm aware that Charlie is an 'institution', yet that should lead to sloppy performance!

I do enjoy the content but there are lots of technical items that needs to be addressed. Sent couple of them a while back but a lot still not yet improved and some even worse.

Buffet is said to be looking for unseen value with room to grow. GE is looking better of late, Not likely but possible
