Benzinga Edge has many ideas for trading however everything has additional fees. Knowing the cost upfront is more important than the plan itself

Never really knew what I signed up for ! Benzinga Pro, Benzinga Research or Edge each is individual and a different price. After contacting chat and emails with the inability to get any functions offered in the help video no one told me that I only signed up on a special deal for Edge only. I was confused since prior to that knowledge spent days with support trying to find out why everything I looked at was subscription based and added $$. Now I am looking at Edge which honestly for the discounted price is ok, but why didn't someone contact me and told me the actual purchase. In all fairness, I was overseas when I signed up 12/6 and never caught the email for weeks. Edge is an addition to my information that is obtained via any brokerage so caveat emptor to anyone looking at Benzinga. If you do make the same mistake don't forget to remove auto renew on credit card (not with Benzinga) I had contact via email, via chat, with support and finally after multiple attempts realized that I signed up for Edge vs Pro. If I had known I would never had signed up for news which is obtainable via any brokerage, but now the situation is I still cannot get into Benzinga Edge.

So many issues with the charting tools - firstly none of my entered tickers render graphs. The default is AAPL which renders a chart but when I enter the ticker of any other stock either the chart doesn't populate or the name changes from apple to the new ticker symbol but the chart is still AAPL - Extremely frustrating - how can you rely on a service like this to trade stocks. Plus customer service is crap

your services provide almost no information. They are much worse than the free Yahoo site. They are much worse than ZASKS.COM

2 stars because there's a lot of functions and a lot of info etc. I had the 2 week trial and used it but sure I missed a lot of functionality even tho I spend a solid amount of time on learning what what's on offer. So, basically I had 2 major complaints. First, it just felt scammy. There loads of trade signals and things I couldn't fully turn off. But also the news feed is swamped with half blocked "news" that's really just blogs and opinion that's asking for you to go to another site and pay more for more services. No thanks. Second, the news didn't tell me what was going on while it was going on. It was just as late as any other source. I missed a major bond sellof even tho I had government news highlighted and other filters I thought should have targeted this sort of thing. After I missed the move and was burned in a trade I looked specifically for the news at the end of the day, knowing what I was looking for and still didn't find it. Sure, it's only a 2 week trial. Definitely I don't know how to use the program to it's full potential. There is a lot of functionality there. Just seems very overpriced and unnecessary to me with lots of annoying scammyness and sketch. Plus the super annoying, pressuring emails spam. Good lord guys. Chill. All the worst parts of the internet and stock world combined. No thanks.

how can I trust ,when you want large fees,for dubious results,I can get BZ info for nothing,elsewhere,fear and greed,run the stock market,political events,war,buy GOLD,were in for a NUCLEAR winter,hope you have made your peace with GOD

I made three attempts to get them to only email the single monthly tip I had paid for. It was not possible. I had to unsubscribe and block them altogether (no longer getting what I had paid for) or get daily (usually multiple) emails about "this price is so low my boss is going to go crazy" and "LAST CHANCE at this special offer that I'm going to email you about 10 more times this week" junk. This has turned into a marketing company, not a finance company. I tried to find reviews on Facebook, but they're disabled (wonder why) but I could shop for Benzinga clothing. The stock tips were mediocre at best.
