Update: since tried to cancel they said they would send me one more options alert and end the subscription. Only thing is they DID NOT send me alert and charged my card 3 more times. If they are so good at trading and options why do they need to rip people off this way! Do yourself a favor and don’t give them your card info. There won’t be anyone to talk to when you try to cancel. I was just sent to a voicemail to nowhere. I had to dispute charges and stop payment on my credit card to try to end this nightmare. I could be options expert with the hours I wasted on this. This company makes a lot of money from people who sign up for their class for $1 and forget to cancel this is why they work so hard to take down the review. They don’t work so hard on their customer service. Give the 877 number a call and you will see. They don’t waste their time on your issue. Send you to voice mail. Plus class wasn’t so good. Just an infomercial to get you to sign up.

Why is Cristian from Benzinga sales texting me at like 9 at night?

Very disappointing company. The product was very unreliable-and I wasn't able to keep multiple windows of information open or save my settings. What I found most frustrating is when I notified them of their product malfunctions and that I was disappointed with the product, Benzinga wouldn't stand behind their product. They refused to return the pro-rated amount of my membership. I honestly haven't had that experience before with a reputable company. When I finally was able to not renew my membership that they'd locked me in for a year- they offered me a renewed Benzinga Pro membership at $27/mo vs the $117/mo I had paid. That should tell you all you need to know about this product's true value. Update- Also, I can confirm at the time of my complaint I could not open multiple windows without the product malfunctioning. And "Standard value pricing means that companies base their pricing on how much the customer believes a product is worth."

They make careless volatility based recommendations for their options. Lost an ungodly amount of money with them compared to my day job salary. Better off buying trading for dummies for 5 dollars used on eBay and paper trading on td ameritrade. Do not use!

The service is not good. The website is partially broken. The instruction to change your e-mail address is .......incomplete. I, frankly, do not SEE a way to update your e-mail address. Also, it is a pain to HAVE to go to the website, JUST before the market open, in order to read their suggestions....terrible!

Haven't found Benzinga helpful. There has been no way to save my settings and I had to spend 10 min each morning trying to reset while I need to be watching my charts. Benzinga support staff was unconcerned.

Like really this guys are should I say scam, let's start. I'm an affiliate marketer working for them, so they said they would be pay ten dollars for each free trial, so I tried so hard to get just a single lead to do that, and yes the lead verified her account by sending them an email, then wait, it reached time for me to paid that ten dollars only, they starred telling me that the lead didn't verify her account and some little excuses but before that they sent a message to me that they would stop paying for each free trial but I already got a lead two days or so before they stopped their program, lol just say you're out of funds and can't pay anymore, pay me just ten dollars, I really struggled to get that lead I need that my earned money, partner stack. Thanks. Lol.
