Great platform for traders and investors. I want to see more crypto currencies oriented tools. Also I think it's a bit expensive.

Chatroom not very useful and needs an update. But very good service and fast with important news delivery.

I like Benzinga a lot and it is an integral part of my trading. I would recommend it to others. That said, it has had some nagging technical issues. For awhile it had reliability problems with its Squawk service, although those seem to now be fixed. There are two other issues that I would very much like to see addressed: (1) allow database searches on a text string rather than only whole words, and (2) optimize it so it doesn't gobble so much CPU -- it regularly uses more CPU cycles than anything else running (and I have a lot running at any given time), and at least once a day I have to restart it to get its CPU usage to moderate some. At the end of the day (sorry for the cliche) Benzinga is the best service of its kind I've found, with very responsive support, and I hold it in high regard.

This is the only resource you need during extended and regular market hours for up to the second news and events. Definitely worth the subscription!

I am a long time Benzinga Pro subscriber. I want to read the Insider Page every day, but can’t because I have boycotted and cancelled my Facebook account. Can you please consider just putting it up on a regular web page, instead of Facebook ?? Thanks for considering

This was a very user friendly tool I enjoyed it a lot...super easy to setup and customer service quick and very helpful...I would definitely recommend this to anybody...I think the only suggestion I would say about it is maybe adding a feature to fixing the layout so you can have news feed on top and signals or etc. on the bottom other that everything else was spot on

News comes at you fast and furious. If you have not whittled down your list of companies to the few you want, the flood of information is way too much to the point of being completely useless and costly. I know there are some investors who react and trade the news then find themselves quickly in the red. I know because I was once one of them. Very dangerous. But fortunately, the platform allows you to only get news about the companies you want if you have a watchlist. I also liked the day’s high/low session price which you can also customize to a watch list. Support contacted me continuously, which was great, but not sure if the same level of service would have been maintained once I became a member. Chat was full of investors who ranged from completely novice to those who were expert. It was monitored by a few Admins that I saw who seemed to have excellent relationship with others. There were quite a few equity names thrown around as trading ideas but quite dangerous since some of them whip sawed in the opposite direction as soon as you opened it in your trading software. As far as knowledge sharing there were none. Some questions asking for a second look at positions they hold or want to hold went unanswered. Which is really unfortunate because they might quickly part with their money and no longer be returning customers. The platform froze from time to time. But if one refreshes the browser, it seems to update OK. There were a couple of times a day when I had to completely restart the app though. Price is one reason I will not be joining at the moment. But if some enhancements they plan to incorporate come to fruition I would definitely give it a second look for a reasonable price.

Benzinga Pro is an excellent platform, with very timely access to just about anything you could need to be well-informed about trading. Only problem is that the yearly cost for Pro is prohibitive (at least for me), and if you don't subscribe to Pro, there are many important things missing. Just way too much money for this retail trader. I truly wish the price was more reasonable.
