I am very pleased to finally receive an update on the removal of my information from the web. This is the first time I received an update for removal off the web. I am very happy. I don't know how to attach a screenshot of the email update. Doesn't the site who sent me this update have this? Why do I need to send a screenshot of the received email update??

This app seems superb. Running in the background you never have to mess with it. Hard to tell what may have happened without it but the results tell you it’s working as promised. Keep it up Privacy.com!

I have written your company at least 3-4 times without a response. I have called your provided phone number twice and no one has ever answered and never been given a chance to be get beyond the recording. As an update, I have received a response to my queries. I find it a bit odd that a service I contract with to assist with spam has their email replies end up in my spam folder. I'm still trying to determine if all three of my email accounts are being monitored. I also don't understand why the phone number provided was not answered on my two attempts. I have received response that three different dark web hacks did not affect my account. I also have three separate emails that say "Your privacyon.com account has been cancelled and your internet privacy and security has been turned off. We are no longer monitoring the web for your protection." I feel certain all this could be explained to me if I could just talk to someone.

So far I have been extremely happy with this company & the way they guard all my personal info, etc. However upon reading other reviews it sounds like several have issues with their personal info still being visible to many sites that I'm definantly uncomfortable with. Needless to say I'll be checking them sites out & seeing if the same issue is true for myself. That will make me a not so happy customer. I thought that was all in on the plan. It's the main reason I signed up for it. I'm always getting updates with info regarding companies that have gotten thousands of people's personal info & if mine was retrieved or not. So I'm really hoping my personal info has been removed from EVERYTHING!!

The up dates are great . 👍 would be nice if you had a chart or graph to show us the stats of what you do, so everyone could see what you do for us..

I'm really not sure what you're actually doing for me, you're showing me things and telling me you've taken care of it but now you're sending me something that says I've been exposed so are you going to fix that?
