Never respond to emails I can't login to see my portal paid my bill no answer it's been almost 5 days don't trust this company 100%dissatisfied with customer service

I had paid my money up for a whole year. I contact y’all about why are y’all taking $10 every month out my account. So if I am paying once an so if I am paying once a year, what is the $10 a month for? after next year I will be renewing it any more.

Uhh how bout don't charge me for stuff I didn't buy and give me my money. Cool? Cool.

Let’s face it, my information is on the Internet just like everyone else’s.My situation is no different than the rest your customers. You alleged that you were expert at doing this. It sounded good to me. I signed up with you to remove this potentially damaging information. You claim that you did remove some, but there are others that you were not able to, and needed my personal attention, I had no success in preventing those individuals from displaying my information either. This is my point… If I hire you to do a job and you tell me there are entities that won’t comply with your request then why did I hire you in the first place? I feel I’ve been ripped off just like all the breaches that you supposedly report are on the Internet. During this period of time, less than a year, that I’ve been signed up with you I’ve been breached once and you didn’t notify me. My bank, notified me and took care of the problem. So again, why am I paying you? I’ve asked you to take me off your system. Cancel my plan even suggested a prorated refund. NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. I received no response to my request but I’m still getting your bogus emails. They do nothing but tick me off. So, I conclude you are no better than the people that are doing the data breaches, you’re just on the other side of the line from the scammer and use the guise that you can help me and many others to get our information off the Internet. Thanks for nothing, don’t ever charge me again for anything and stop sending your damn emails.
