You did receive part of your order — including the trailer hitch — and even made a video expressing your satisfaction with the build quality. This important context is omitted here. Regarding the roof rack, delays were caused by manufacturing issues outside our control. While communication should have been clearer, we have been transparent about challenges and are committed to resolving them. Garth, thank you for sharing your feedback. However, your review contains inaccuracies that we need to address. All of our lift kits ship with printed instructions and a QR code that links to detailed installation videos. Additionally, no other customers have reported CV joint failures with our kits, and our internal testing has never reproduced the issue you describe. We believe the problem may have been related to installation rather than the kit itself. Calling the product a “boat anchor” without acknowledging these facts misrepresents our work and unfairly damages our reputation. Your husband’s order was refunded months prior to this review update, and we have confirmation of that refund being processed successfully. While we acknowledge there was a delay, it is not accurate to continue stating that no refund was ever issued. Your repeated claims that our company is a “scam” are not only misleading but also damaging to our reputation. These statements cross into defamation, especially given that the matter was resolved with a refund.
