Good information throughout

I ordered a frog and received a do-it-yourself bead set, not at all what I ordered, and they refused to allow the return and money back. I paid $28; they offered $ 6 USD. I hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation. I responded and said "Hello, I cannot use the goods, so I do not want to keep them. I ordered a frog, not beads. You misrepresented the goods. Please send the shipping address for the return. I look forward to a full refund once you receive them and have signed for them. Thanks, Giovanna Scruby." DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM.

Service is excellent and I received my shipment in a timely manner.
