I filled out the survey or whatever they call it and stupidly put in my cc number without seeing the total price first. When i got the invoice and saw the total amount that had already been billed i was freaked out. I got an email telling me to approve my dose which i declined. I thought that would stop the order. I got another email saying i needed to approve my dosage or it would go ahead and proceed in 12 hours. I called the company and told the to cancel my order. They said they would escalate it and someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime i got an email saying that my order was approved and would ship immediately. I called them again and was again told they would escalate it and someone would call me back. I will dispute the charge through my bank but what a scam. They should show the total charges BEFORE you put in your cc so you can decide if you want to proceed.

I ordered a 6 month supply of Tirzepatide and called back an hour later to cancel my order which they had already billed me for. They said my order was canceled and instead of canceling they chased me again the refunded that new charge. So i still have not gotten a refund for my order. I will be calling back again so we will see what happens this time.

I called prior to my 2nd shipment going out to cancel. My body got too sick taking this. I was told no problem we will cancel. It was never cancelled and then I was informed otherwise was too late since it was shipped however the dates show they had 4 days to cancel. Now I'm stuck with a $671 bill and medication I cannot take. Never again wl I use this company. Terrible service as I was hung up 2 times when I called and tried to escalate the matter. I am considering filing a BBB and a Reg F complaint and having my attorney sue.

They force feed a medical survey that requires a credit card to review. Like an idiot I gave it to them. They immediately charged the cc $1,740 without my approval, or disclosing the price. I’m disputing. They say thier “policy” is that a medical survey constitutes enrollment. I’m curious if this review stays up.

Ive been trying to get a hold of them with no clear response!!! I smell a scam, and Im tired of scammers! They have my licence info and my credit card info. Im going to press charges

Customer Service - there doesn’t seem to be any. The response to my first review is this: Reply from Prioritymeds 3 hours ago We have no contact information for the person posting this message. We cannot verify that accuracy of this message. They don’t have any contact information yet we got our meds from them! Mary Fox and Jeffrey Fox! Still no response to our concerns regarding being able to get ahold of them. No response to emails and phone number disconnected. We are 6 weeks in with 6 more weeks to go and they are trying to bill us!

I have had such pain trying to get them to stop calling. I’ve even spoken to people in support, and they swear they’ve permanently removed my phone number. But in the past 7 days, they’ve called me 9 times.

Thieves. I didn’t finish the application and when asked to send a photo of my body, I canceled and demanded a refund. No doctor was ever consulted. They kept $100 from me for an ‘admin’ fee. They did nothing! I didn’t even finish an application. Beware and please stay away from this company. Read their reviews here and BBB and Reddit! They’re taking everyone’s money! They need to be stopped and we need our money returned! I have screen shots of conversations with their customer service and also see many reviews where they replied stating ‘fake review’. This is indeed not fake. There are many others with this same experience. They have my contact information and have not tried to contact me at all. Update: Trustpilot says they’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company. Now… this company has changed their tag name on Facebook slightly. Beware. Beware. And…. Their reply that there are a number of ‘entities’ tied to my number?! BS. I’m one person and that’s just a diversion tactic. I have screen shots of them not responding to me at all. I’ll never see the $100 again, but I will not stop letting people know about them.
