They won't respond to correct a big problem No commuication. Shipped without approval and not in the country to receive. No one reponds to Chat or a text number they have contacted me on before.

From the very beginning the dosage was incorrect. Throughout numerous texts, the most the “ doctor” did was repeat the incorrect dosage. Month 1 was the same as month 3. I just want my information scrubbed, and a guarantee they will not charge any more against my account. The anti nausea meds seem to work, but the tirzempitide, not so far.

very scammy company disputing the charges as I was told that I could cancel for a $100 fee but then saw that the guy I spoke with did not tell me that I was signing up for 3 months worth of the meds and when I questioned the area at the bottom saying that it was reoccurring he FLAT OUT told me that it was a glitch and not true. I am canceling my credit card and fighting to the death to get my money back as I am not even sure the meds are safe.

Have been on their meds for 4 months and have lost no weight. When I tried to contact them for support I got no response on their website. Finally after weeks of msgs I got a "how can I help" response but nothing after that. No customer service and their product is suspect. The name on the account is William Renner.

Shipment went to incorrect address. Called to talk with Customer Service. Spoke with Harry. After numerous waits in phone, Harry promised to call me back within 15 minutes. He has never called me back even though I told him that the shipment delivered to my second address would be sitting outside for an additional week. Prioritymeds could have sent me one vial to the correct shipping address in Cottonwood,AZ so I did not miss my shot. This is the final straw dealing with Prioritymeds. Horrible customer service and followthrough.
