I have not had any problems with priority meds. I have read online that they don’t list dosages, there are dosages and ingredients listed on your box that is delivered. The reason I chose priority meds is because my friend,I had not seen her in a long time she uses it religiously and has lost a ton of weight. She says she’ll be on this shot the rest of her life.She looks like a teenager, that was proof enough for me that it was reliable. I will say to people it’s slow going so that you don’t have your body shocked with the nausea. It has to build up inside you overtime, so the first three months I only lost about 12 pounds. I’m on my second set of three months. We’ll see how it goes. If you don’t want them billing your credit card change your credit card online or cancel it.

updated review- after a lot of frustration and back and forth, I was finally able to speak with a live human manager who was able to cancel my plan and refund me the charge. They were very kind and understanding once I was able to actually communicate with them.

UPDATED: See original review below. I had called and sent messages to support in the past. They couldn’t help me log into their site, but took my information and payment and I received the first shipment. Then they kept charging me every 3 months with no further shipments. After I wrote the review below I tried yet AGAIN to contact them, and was able to actually reach a person. The agent discovered that my email address wasn’t working to log on, possibly because it contained a . (dot). So frustrating because they could SEND me emails, but their site would NEVER log me in. We changed to a different email and I was finally able to login to the site for the first time! Apparently their login system doesn’t like dots. (So to the arrogant reviewer who thinks he’s the only one to read directions, well, just imagine what I might say to him…). Once I was allowed to log in, I filled out a form they needed and am supposed to receive another shipment. They offered to give me a refund for the shipment I never received. If I get the new one and the refund, I’ll come back and upgrade the review to 5 stars. Original review: I ordered tirzepatide and received the vials, but it wasn't clear to me this was a subscription. Now I've been charged a high price multiple times, but only received one shipment. I have never been able to log into my account, and customer service never answers the phone. I see the reply from priority meds, below. I use an old name on Internet sites that don’t require my legal name, so that’s why you didn’t find me in your system. I stand by my disappointment with Priority Meds and my review. If you were interested in feedback, you would have responded to my email when I complained that your system never lets me log in, while you are constantly charging me for nothing in return. Or you’d answer the customer service number.

Updating my review as i recieved my order at the end of April. The customer team did reach out once the shipment was ready. It would have been better to let customers know it would take over a month to get the product. Ordered tirzepatide the 6th. Today I tried to get a refund but it'll cost me $99 to get my money back because it already went through the pharmacy. I decided to give them another week to deliver the medicine then I'll just eat the $99 cost. They say that their issues with the FDA are over and they're just backed up on shipping out orders. Don't know if it's the truth.
