It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my package. Can someone tell me What I do to get my money back Please?

This us an obvious scam. Ordered and never received. Message just says we are getting new shipment soon even though I was suppose to receive in 2-3 days. Had to dispute with my visa and now they are trying to withhold $100 of my refund! Fight for your money!!

Placed my order on March 9th, still no order and they charged my CC right away, did not even get approved by a physician first (Tirzepatide compound) . It was not until CC was charged then information was sent to advise on how to administer reconstituted powder. WTH!, not ever was this mentioned this was how the medicine would be sent. I have requested my order to be canceled, however, since then they have said order has shipped, was provided a USPS tracking #, but has not arrived yet. I am afraid to even use product if/once I receive it. Looks like I will have to dispute charges on my CC. DO not place an order with this company!

I'm begging anyone that has been duped by this company to contact me. They stole money

I ordered my semiglutide on March 11, 2025. After paying my $449, I received an email that it would ship within days. I got another message that states that they don’t have it in stock. I am also in contact with my credit card for the full amount. By the way, they try and charge you a $99 administration fee, don’t pay if you haven’t received anything

I placed an order on 3/12 and I was told the medication would ship within a few days. After not receiving my order I emailed them and continued to receive emails that my order would ship very soon and that they had secured the inventory with the Compounding Pharmacy , as well as that if I cancelled the order I wouldn’t be able to order the prescription from any company after 3/19 due to the changes from the FDA . I paid over 1300.00 for a 6 month supply and now they will not even respond to me. I will contact my bank today to dispute the charge. Such a disappointment, I feel like I’m dealing with a fraudulent company over seas.

They absolutely do not respond to any inquiries and of course. approved medication was never delivered. Stay away form this non-reputable business and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Starting a dispute with my credit card company as apparently the only thing they do do quickly is charge you up front.

Filled out online and was charged the next day. Got generic emails with status but nothing concrete. Meds were sent via regular (slow) US Mail so no refrigeration and took over a week with no tracking either. Here’s where it gets shady… meds were the incorrect dose and you have to reconstitute it. I followed the instructions and tried it twice it burned so bad as I used it. Something is really wrong with it. I emailed, called, chatted and texted and always got a bot never a real person. Such a scam. I finally got a response of just we will send another vial which never came and it’s been 2 months. I disputed with my credit card and after two months they said they never got a response from the company so I got my $799 back! Don’t do business with them!!! And if you do it will likely be bogus meds. Be careful and avoid them!!
