My meds were compounded on Thursday, arrived late Monday afternoon. Contents (3 months meds) were warm inside the styrofoam container. Both cold packs were melted and warm. Looks like 2-day Fedex meant sitting in a warm to hot Fedex cargo area 3 days.

I have sent several messages and I have not heard back from anyone. This is very unsettling. I received my 4,5 and 6th vial with no instructions or what vial to use first!

The process of getting the prescription is pretty straight forward. Once the prescription is approved, it does seem to take around 5 days to actually get shipped. The meds are supposed to arrive cold. However, because they use a single ice pack and poor packaging, the medication is not cold upon arrival. Perhaps if they used next day delivery, there would be a chance of it arriving cold. But it's typically 2-day shipping and delivery depends on if those 2 days run up against a weekend. Now, the meds seem to still work based on my result, so I do question if cold pack is necessary, but they really should examine this delivery process, certainly to zip codes in hot locations.

So far I’m pretty happy with this company. Easy experience, good price, meds arrived quickly with simple but thorough instructions, but was unhappy that the meds arrived warm; the ice packs didn't seem to work well. So far meds are working as expected. I was no happy when I signed up for the 3 month program & they charged my credit card the total amount at one time instead of splitting it up between the 3 months! I hope that the company will make the necessary changes to improve their customer service!

I was disappointed that the price of the meds increased. I was under the understanding it would remain the same. Priority Meds offers $179 per month no matter what the dose all over my social media. Also the medication is a different company than the first time... that is concerning. I will most probably be shopping around for a better price on my next refill. I am losing weight and that's a good thing.

I have received my medication on time, but have questioned its authenticity. I have noticed it comes in different vials, some have Vitamin B added and others have not. Customer support is mostly non responsive with disconnected phone lines, and promised call-backs that never occurred, and no responses to customer chat. I have niticed they they do reach out when it is time to reorder, but basically hear nothing from them otherwise. Improvement over all is definitely needed, although other providers have not proven to be any better.

When I first opened your website, I completed the information as requested. At that time, I did not commit to any purchases. I then received a phone call from an associate. I was told that he noticed that I did not complete my application and asked what he can do to help me. I discussed that I had been looking at several companies marketing tirzepatide. He encouraged me to try Prioritymeds and remarked that for the first year, there would be a discount. I agreed, paid the cost for 3 months and did see the discount as promised. But I did notice a price increase for future refills. I enquired about this with customer service and was told it was only a one time offer, and the discount is not offered beyond the initial prescription. Needless to say, I'm disappointed by the communicated discount only to find out, it was limited. I did received the medication as prescribed and am only a the 2nd week. I don't expect immediate results, but so far I have not experienced any negative side effects.
