I have had no issues with this company. Their customer service is top notch and they'll chat with you until you understand. This is the 2nd GLP-1 online company I've dealt with and they far outshine the previous company. I have had no issues with pricing transparency. Down almost 60 pounds in a year!

I have been a RN for nearly 40 years and have struggled with my weight for the last 20 years. My insurance does not cover weight loss medications. I ordered tirzepatide from Priority Meds on 10/3/25. The Priority Meds doctor contacted me the following week asking that I contact my local doctor to see if she had any concerns with using the medication with an underlying autoimmune disorder that I have. I updated her on the reply from my local doctor. I received the medications the following week. I started my first injection on 10/15/25. I noticed immediately that the gnawing hunger that I normally feel was gone. I have a little nausea, but I had that prior to starting the shots due to my autoimmune medications. They sent along ondansetron which I haven't needed yet. I did take Maalox a couple times and I started to take colace daily which helps. Today is 11/29/25 and I've lost 27.6 pounds. I saw that there were negative reviews on Trustpilot but my experience with Priority Meds has been very positive.

I guess if you screw up somewhere, you are mad because prioritymeds didn't pivot to fix your mistake quick enough. But my experience with this company has been stellar! No problems at all. I carefully read every single step (AS YOU SHOULD) and the process was quick and easy. I think the deal here is... Pay attention to what they want you to read and be careful what you click! I recieved a call from priority meds. They told me the price and thought how could it be half the price of what I was paying..I asked for them to call me back in a month which they did. I found a lot of bad reviews which was a red flag to me. Not always trusting reviews i asked him a list of questions that i was concerned about. He answered all the questions. I am on the maximum dosage and have been using terzepedide since may of 2024. I felt confident to order with them. I placed the payment, did the intake and within 3 days recieved my order. 3 little vials. One for each month, all the accessories and some nausea pills. Which was a nice surprise. I dont experience that but it was nice to have them included as you never know. I dont usually write reviews. During my time with terzepetide I have used 4 different companies. I can tell you in my experience I never had issues with any of them. I switched to priority meds to save money. I have had a great experience with priority meds and just wanted to let everyone know my experience with them. Good luck in everybody's weight loss journey

It was so easy to get prescribed Tirzepatide, answered a few questions and my meds were sent 3 days later. I received my first 3 month dosage vials today. I am very happy so far.
