They sent my order without telling me when to expect it and it sat on my back doorstep for 2 days in 110 degree weather. When I called they said it should be fine. I was on terzepitide from another company for 5mos and had no problems but I took my first dose and have been nauseas for 2 days. I think the heat messed with it. They don't give refunds. Dr doesn't reply.

They sent my order with only Syringes and nausea medication...no Semiglutide. I have emailed twice and called several times with no answer to either. I'm beginning to think i have been scammed.I will be calling my credit card company.

Priority meds charged my card 149.00 when i did not place an order. I keep getting the run around about a refund . Horrible customer service. Never returns calls.

Avoid at all costs. This company is the worst. They auto-renew prescriptions when they specifically say they don't then want to charge you $99 cancellation fee. Not to mention there GLS-1 meds needs to be combined. Horrible.

I am very surprised to see so many great reviews for this company. I wonder where I went wrong? It took over a month to receive my first 3 month order of semaglutide after the doctor submitted prescription...this after multiple calls with no apparent follow-up or action. When meds finally arrived, it was clear there was either not enough, or the dosage on the label was incorrect. It has now been a week since leaving a message for the doctor to clarify dosage instructions...with no response. I've read that some customers have had similar experiences. Seems like there is a Jekyll and Hyde over at Prioritymeds...I ended up with Hyde...be weary.

I have tried to contact this company several times and they always give the same response by email. I was already up to 90 units of Tirzepatide and I switched to this company as they seemed cheaper but they didn't send large enough dosage and I kept telling them that and they said you only take once a week and I said I already knew that but they won't send enough and their original sales pitch was the price would not increase due to larger dosage. I am way short on what they should have sent me and talking to a live person is nearly impossible. They do not send you enough medication

After I paid for my subscription it never arrived. The customer service line was vague and wouldn't provide concrete dates or timelines for when the meds would arrive. When I asked for a refund they quit replying to me.

Don't trust this company, scam I orderd 3 month supply. Was told I stay on my same dose I was before which would be 2.5mg 100 units to find out they shortened me to 50 units. Then order came in after being on the road for 3 days with just 1 icepack and no isolation aground it. Order was warm and icepack melted and soft. I told them prior once I found out they downsized my dose to not send and refund my money....but it for ignored. I'm not done . Report goes out to the BBB which I noticed I will not be the 1st one complaining about this company
