Since I started with priority meds it has a whirlwind meaning from the first day I was loosing weight each and every day that I got down to the weight I wanted within a week and if I had been doing something on my own it would take me months. This morning Sam was real professional and he knew what he was talking about and gave me the information I wanted and needed. I will possibly continue with priority meds after my three months. Priority Meds is a well ran customer service oriented company. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Everything I would want for my weight losing attempt was 100% met by the customer service team and the medical staff. I last dealt with Melvin M who was compassionate, very helpful while displaying professionalism. He not only helped me resolve a problem he also provided information for future use. If there was a 10 star review I would give them a 10! Excellent company to deal with! By the way, I lost 40 lbs in 5 months and I’m 78 years old!

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was both competent and articulate. I do not find this often. It was a pleasure speaking with him and he took care of my issue Simply and capably. I wanted the “ powers that be’ to recognize him for his helpfulness.

My representative, Ash, was extremely polite and helpful. She satisfied all of my issues promptly.

I switched to Priority Meds after the first company I used for my medication was going to double my monthly cost without notifying me first. Luckily, I called and was able to cancel before the transaction went through. Priority Meds has been great to work with! Easy process, great communication, and everything is as they promised.
