This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I bought a three month plan for Tirzepitide. The first month when I was approved ship fine. One month later I got billed for the second month but nothing got shipped. When I contacted them thru their "Chat" page on the website they told me that I needed to fill out their medical intake form which I couldn't find on their website. They told me that it hadnt populated yet because it was too early which it wasnt and they had already charged my card for the next shipment. I tried calling but no one picks up and when I emailed, Five days later I got someone named John Williams who is a customer support rep tell me that they shipped all three months worth in the first shipment but they bill monthly which flies in the face of what any other company would normally do as well as what the person on the chat page told me. It was a total lie. Still no resolution. They've now come up with the excuse that they sent me three months supply in the first shipment which is total BS. In fact, on their website they don't even offer this type of plan. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. just look at all of their complaints on Trustpilot and BBB.
