Canceled the subscription but still being charged after multiple text messages and emails confirmed I would no longer be charged. Then they ask me why I don't want to keep the membership. Total ripoff!!! This is a legimate review! Your company would not cancel my subscription and made me wait for a call from the Cancellation and Refund department. The problem is that department does not have a phone number for the customer to call. I waited 3 days for this call and then was harassed with sales offers to continue the subscription. Still think the review is fake? Check out their multiple complaints on BBB and Reddit. Don't sign up with this company and expect a hassle free exit. They are attempting to have bad reviews removed by calling them "fake." Please do your research first. No one has tried to contact me but to make it easier and allow this review to stay posted... My previous post was removed. Probably because this dishonest company flagged it as fraud. I ordered from this company & never received my product. FedEx delivered to the wrong address (with a picture to prove it). I contacted FedEx & they told me I needed to file a claim w/ Priority Meds (PM) & PM would file a claim with them. So that's what I did. After a MONTH of emails & phone calls going nowhere & PM not filing a claim with FedEx, I did a charge back on my credit card. ONLY THEN did PM tell me they would do a partial refund (still no product). So they wanted me to pay $375 for NOTHING. Only after my credit card company got involved & I showed them proof of the wrong delivery did PM decide to refund me the whole amount. Dealing with PM was a complete nightmare. They also tried to gaslight me & said I had given them the wrong address. I confirmed with FedEx that they had the correct address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST SHADY COMPANY. Also, after reading all the posts about people having problems with PM continuing to charge your credit card, just call your credit card company & have Priority Meds blocked. They can do that. There is NOTHING false about my experience. It was HORRIBLE & a complete waste of time dealing with this company! I have a whole trove of emails & text messages I can provide to Trust Pilot to back up my experience. Priority Meds recommends a different life choice for me? LMAO. Yeah, I recommend a different life choice for anyone considering this awful excuse for a company.

I got one order of 3 months of ozempic last year, was charged 250 for it. Without my consent they upgraded me to tirzepatide and charged me 350 EVERY MONTH for the last year. They owe me $4650 and I'm lost in customer service land where people hang up on me and I don't hear back. They owe me enough money that I will bring them to small claims court if I need to.

Customer service is dismal. I spent a whole day trying to cancel an order as soon as or was placed. I don't mean a day later, or an hour later. As soon as it went through, I noticed a mistake and immediately tried to contact them. I called the number, used the chat line over and over to no avail. I finally gave up and took the financial hit. Now, 3 months later, I just got billed again! I looked at my dashboard top see why they are billing again but can't figure out how to stop it. I'm going to have to report it as fraud on my credit card so they don't keep billing me over and over. This company is crooked!

Called company to ask questions after I noted on the medical contract page that actual “retail” price for compounded Tirzepatide is $349 a month. After all the stuff about transparent pricing… Yep agent stated the $177 was just for the first month, $349 thereafter. Very misleading. I didn’t need to ask any more questions.

Purchased a 3 month supply. Paid complete. Why are they going to charge me again next month? I obviously can't get a real reply from their robot.

Fraudulent scam of a company who preys on senior citizens. My 77 year old aunt signed up for their service (charged 249 up front) but decided not to do the eval because she didnt want to provide photos. Anyway, they kept the money for two months, never reached out to her with a follow up, nor did they refund her. Medicine was never sent, she never spoke to a doctor. She sent them an email requesting a refund and they never handled it. I finally called last week and told them to give her her money back. Do NOT use this company. Deceptive, dishonest, and will steal from your grandmother. I can respond to that. I didn't place the order, I called on my aunt's behalf because no one would help her. Her name is Margie and last name starts with a D. I am not giving out all pertinent identifiable information in a review, but I assure you she was one of your victims. I can assure you that no one reached out to my aunt to discuss the charge back or any delays. If it were up to her bank, why did I have to contact someone from your business two months later and then get a refund within 5 business days? These are lies. But you don't need me to tell you—their track record with other customers demonstrates that.
