So far I've tried to reach out to the physician 3 days ago. No response. Customer support 3 days ago , no response. I can't even get a hold of someone name Sara who was so kind and understanding. They really need help fixing this company, the reviews are terrible, between customer service and trying to reach the physician to billing! I still have another 3 months so I better not get billed again!

Did not Deliver Promised Product
Oct 1, 2025 - I purchased 3 months of injectable terzepitide compound at the price of $250/mo. Total: $750 charged.
Oct 12, 2025 - Upon logging in to their site, I am repeatedly shown an offer stating that if I pay for another 3 mos. now, I will receive an additional 6 months of refills for no additional cost. I begin asking Customer Support in many different ways to make sure I understand the offer, and I save the answers I receive. I also ask about the delivery schedule and am assured in several ways that medication will be shipped out every 3 months, since it has a 90-day shelf life and should be shipped gradually (I have those convos, too)
Oct 24, 2025 - I accept the offer and pay an additional $750 in order to receive an additional 9 more mos. of medication, the last 6 mos. of which would be at no charge per the offer I received.
Oct 29, 2025 - I receive a second 3 mo. shipment of medication, 2 mos. ahead of time. I now had 5 more mos. of medication, some of which will go bad by the time I start using it. I told them and they had no resolution. I eventually dropped the subject but was upset.
Mar 25, 2026 - I am charged a 3rd time for $750 which was not part of the agreement. I immediately dispute the charge and ask about the offer we agreed to (6 more mos. for free). I receive an offer to reverse the charges + 3 mo. batch for free, even though we agreed upon 6 mos. in Oct.
Mar 28, 2026 - They reverse the charge
Mar 25 to today - I repeatedly ask about our original agreement, and the new 'counteroffer' I was sent. Customer Support begins ignoring me. They have my card on their site which I cannot remove, and I have not been sent the 6 mos. medication as promised, nor the 3-mo. new counteroffer.
I paid an additional $750 on Oct 24, 2025, for another 3-mo. batch under false pretenses, after being assured I would then receive a total of 12 mos. medication. I received 6 mos. of medication in Oct, and nothing more. I have saved all the conversations.

An error in our AI-assisted response system occurred, and we addressed it by issuing a full refund to the customer. We encourage all patients to follow the treatment plan provided by their healthcare provider to ensure safe and effective use.

Do not use this company
Update: someone reached out to me 5 months after I submitted for help online. Now they are telling me to go to tirzepatide instead of semaglutide to get more money. No. I just want my refund. I'm not sure how many times I can keep saying that. This person has led from the beginning of the chat.
Do not use this company. The "provider" tells you to reach out to support and the support chat is AI that tells you someone will reach out. They do not reach out. They've sent the wrong amount of medication and it made me very sluggish.
They also cancelled my account and haven't refunded me and now won't call me back.
Response from PrioritymedsApr 12, 2026
Our records show that your cancellation request was received after your order had already been processed and shipped. Once an order reaches the fulfillment stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, as the medication has already been prepared and dispatched by the pharmacy.

I had very little physician support and…
I had very little physician support and my last email went unanswered. I am now trying to reach my doctor but the button stating "chat with you care team" does not work. Also when I try to call, I get a message that this number is no longer valid. The AI chat keeps telling me to log onto my portal to reach my doctor, and I am logged into my portal. So at this time I am not able to reach anyone.
You have now asked me for proof. How convenient that I can no longer access the chat with your doctor function which is where all of the prior communication took place. There are several other similar reviews that substantiate that I am not the only one to have this issue with your company! Also all anyone has to do is call your customer support number to see that it is no longer in service.

I cancelled on the first day the option…
I cancelled on the first day the option was available online. They charged my account anyway, then gave weeks of run around until they finally refunded part of my payment. They went in and changed my account after it was closed. Thankfully I screenshot everything and have proof. Now they are saying there is a $100 fee for cancellation although I cancelled on time, did not receive a medical review and my prescription was never filled.

Stay away from this company!
This company is not trustworthy. I did not get the product I ordered I am missing 2/3 of my prescription. When the package arrived, I received one month of medicine, not 3 months. The medicine I received was ineffective and I question the authenticity of the medication. I have taken GLP-1 compounds in the past - this Priority Meds prescription was not effective. I have been trying to reach the company to get the situation rectified but there phone number is "out of service", the A.I. generated online support will not reply to my request. Do not order from this company! This is not a fake review! It seems Priority Meds tries to remove any negative reviews by saying the bad review is fake!

Do not use Priority Meds! Every time I try to write a review about my experience Priority Meds tries to take it down and say that I am not an actual prior user.
