PriorityIDPReviews of priorityidp.com

This company was a delight to work with, fast, courteous, excellent follow up, and handled with the utmost professionalism. If you have a need for this type of service, I highly recommend them.

Oh my god. Mike is so helpful. I had no idea what an idp was until I got here. I was picking up my rental car in 4 days and was going on a road trip. Went through the stress of trying to decide if I actually needed one and ultimately decided to go through Mike at priority IDP to ease my mind. I think the goal would to be getting it in the states from here on out BUT im not kidding. I ordered it on Monday and got it today on Wednesday. My stress has vanished. Yes it’s pricey but I cannot believe how attentive Mike was and how fast it came. Thank you Mike. 100000000% recommend if you need it and have 4 days

We applied last minute for IDP's for our trip to France and Spain. Priority worked very hard to get these to us as soon as possible by sending them to a hotel we were staying at in Carcasonne, France.

I had a fantastic experience with PriorityIDP. I had been living overseas with an IDP that was about to expire, and needed a new one for significant travel in European countries where I needed to rent a car and a current IDP was required. To add to the regular challenges of obtaining an IDP for a U.S. license while outside of the U.S., I was in the middle of traveling to multiple countries in the same week, so didn’t have a fixed address and had a tricky timeline. I contacted PriorityIDP to explain my scenario and they responded within minutes. They assured me they could get me a new IDP within the very short timeframe I had, and helped me identity a DHL Servicepoint in Stockholm for delivery of the IDP. I submitted my order on a Friday and the IDP was safely delivered to Stockholm by Monday. Excellent experience in every way. I highly recommend PriorityIDP for anyone needing to obtain an IDP for a U.S. license while overseas. Thank you!

We were en route to Spain when we discovered that we needed an IDP. We applied on line, chose expedited service, and was pleased with the personal attention we received. We had scanned copies sent to us within hours, and the original sent to our hotel as we had already left home. What made this even more amazing was this happened late on Friday afternoon! I recommend the use of Priority IDP as it simplifies the process.

I was thoroughly surprised and thrilled with this service. They processed my order the morning they received it and shipped it out the same day. The shipping itself had to be the majority of the cost as the cost of the permit is set by AAA and I looked at the cost of a shipment to myself (outside the US). I could not have had a friend provide the same service for what this company provided it. They exceeded my expectations. The negative reviews I have read is about the price of the service. But for a courier service doing something you can not do yourself (overseas) and then the cost of shipping it, this is definitely worth the cost. Oh, and more rental providers are recognizing that AAA (and one more provider) are the only recognized IDP. So this service was a life saver or at least a trip saver.

Worked as promised and was a really great experience from start to finish. We had some DHL issues which were NOT Priority IDP's fault and they stepped in to get creative and found a solution (and we now have our IDPs). Highly recommended if you need IDPs quickly and aren't in the US to get new ones on your own.

Super service! I was already abroad when I needed my AAA IDP, and Priority IDP was able to submit all of the paperwork on my behalf and ship me the physical document in just a few days. The customer service was personal and helpful, and the entire experience was efficient, speedy, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend or use again int he future.
