The order process was fine. I received my item in a timely manner. But I was very disappointed with the print on the ornament. I ordered. I feel like it should’ve filled out the ornament more. Too much unused space

3 weeks to get a tee shirt delivered is silly. It was not a custom order.

The bill of the hat is crooked, my name is very small and off center. Not even close the what I was hoping to receive.

I placed an order in mid January which didn’t arrive until three weeks later and when it finally arrived it was a Child size instead of the Adult size I ordered. This item was supposed to be a birthday present, but due to the length of time it initially took to arrive and the fact that the wrong item was sent that moment has been lost. In addition I sent an email with pictures of the label identifying the item as a Child size and an overall photo with a pair of eye glasses for scale, but the response was asking for additional photos with proof of measurements. I still have not received any information as to the status of a replacement or refund. Not the “amazing customer service team is here to support you” experience advertised.

I received the incorrect item and had to ask for reshipment - so now my order will be delayed again. I really want the shirt I have ordered twice now for my husband. Fingers still crossed that I eventually receive it.

The delivery info and process was below expectations. All the emails stated waiting for carrier update until I emailed asking about delivery. Suddenly the order was being delivered. DHL was listed as the carrier and the package was delivered by USPS.

The font used for name is too small on the cup and doesn’t look good. Did not look like that in picture, when I ordered my cup. The rest is really nice, but the little font used on name looks lost on the cup.

Shirt quality is poor! I ordered it for a gift & I'm embarrassed to give it ! For $ 30 ,I expected better quality. Also shipping estimated was 10 days,but not delivered for 12 days!
