Great company. Highly recommended. I needed a very large wall mural (26' x 10'). When I found Printshape and used their website to check pricing, I was amazed to find that they were very, very affodable (more than 1/2 less than many of their competitors), so I figured I'd give them a shot. I placed my order. Though I received confirmation of my order right away, it wasn't until I was about a week away from the installation date that I wondered whether the product had shipped. So, in a bit of a panic, I called their customer support team and learned that since my order cost over $900 and was paid via PayPal, the order wasn't put into their system for production. I freaked. However, after speaking with Sean (Shawn?), I was quickly reassured that my timeline could still be met, and it was! I traveled from KS to TX to find 9 rolled sheets of the highest quality wallpaper/mural art ready to install. Unlike other products I have ordered from other vendors in the past, the paper was thick and sturdy, the printing was perfect, and each panel was trimmed perfectly so that the art aligned edge to edge with no overlap. Due to the high quality of the material, installation was very easy and there was no stretching during install so all of the crossovers were perfect. What usually took 10 to 12 hours to install was done in 5 and 1/2 and it looked great! Note: make sure your first piece is perfectly vertical and level as all the other pieces abut it directly with no room for error! After the install, I noticed that there were areas that did not stick to the semi-gloss wall that I installed it on all that well, so I went back over it a couple of times to make sure that it was going to stay on the wall. I wish that the material was just a little bit more sticky, but I also recognized that I could have given the wall a light sanding to better prepare the surface for the adhesive. In the long run, I was very pleased with the results and recommend the Premium P&S Paper to anyone looking to produce large format graphics for wallpaper or murals. - Zach
