SOLID 1-Star for 'PRINT SAVE REPEAT'
I am giving 'Print | Save | Repeat' a solid one-star rating. I purchased an advertised 6,000-page yield toner cartridge from them on Amazon. However, according to my printer's detailed device stats, the cartridge was depleted at exactly 3,500 pages with only a 5.4% page coverage. That is a massive underperformance of 2,500 pages. When I reached out to customer service to report this, I received a standard apology with absolutely zero offer for proration or compensation. I should have paid closer attention to the Amazon reviews, as many other customers have reported receiving cartridges that underperformed by thousands of pages as well. I won't speculate on this company's business practices, but the facts speak for themselves: I paid full price and received just over half of what was advertised. Save yourself the frustration—it is better to pay a little more elsewhere to ensure you actually get what is promised.
