Great communication but rather poor image quality
Great communication, easy pre-production. I wasn’t happy with the printing though: images too flat, extremely desaturated, no real black. And a thin white horizontal line running through the whole paper. Plus, there is a black rectangle (0,5 x 1 cm) at the upper corner of each page (registration marks?). Newspaperclub from the UK is almost double the price but worth it if you are aiming at a convincing result.

Thank you for your feedback, Alex. We're sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with your newspapers. We've reviewed your PDF, and the result could be improved by adjusting the exposure and contrast (see our documentation). The color density we offer is comparable to that of newspapers sold at newsstands. We print using an inkjet press, which is well suited for small to medium runs and delivers a matte finish with typical newspaper color density. NewspaperClub uses a laser press, which is more expensive and produces a glossy finish. The registration marks are used to trigger the cutter on the newspaper finishing line, they are part of the standard production process, similar to the marks found on many newspapers. If you'd like to provide an updated PDF, we'd be happy to offer guidance and run a test print to see whether we can achieve the result you're expecting.
