Update: PrintKK's team reached out directly, took full responsibility to resolve the situation to my satisfaction, and committed to tightening their manufacturing QC. I launched my Etsy shop in August 2026 specializing in All-Over Print (AOP) dog apparel. I got my very first sale on September 6, and by September 30, my designs exploded to 193 total sales. I paid PrintKK over $2,400 to fulfill these orders. Unfortunately, as soon as the items arrived at my customers' doorsteps, their abysmal quality control completely destroyed my momentum, hitting me with 22 immediate complaints, refunds, and 1-star reviews. I was forced to shut down my listings, and I am now closing my entire shop. The physical items delivered to my customers were a total disaster and completely misaligned with how PrintKK advertises their products: • Severe Sizing Defects: The garments were constructed with absolutely zero stretch or give. They were sewn so tightly that customers couldn't even get the apparel over their dogs' heads. The dimensions deviated drastically from the supplier size charts. • Subpar Material Quality: Instead of a premium, comfortable blend for pets, the fabric used was a cheap, highly shiny polyester material that looked and felt incredibly low-quality. • Zero Quality Control: Seams were poorly stitched, tight, and completely lacked the flexibility required for functional pet clothing. Because I refused to keep scamming my buyers with PrintKK’s defective merchandise, I chose to absorb the financial loss, deactivate my high-performing listings, and shut down my business. If you are a serious e-commerce seller, do not trust this supplier with your brand. They cannot handle volume, their materials are cheap, and their support team will abandon you when things go wrong. (Note to PrintKK Support: Do not paste a generic auto-reply. You can easily track down my September sales spike, my previous unhelpful support tickets, and my $2,400 in payments using the verified email address attached to this Trustpilot account. I expect a prompt outreach regarding financial compensation for these defective batches.)

I ordered a Mahjong Mat that was printed in the United States and was delighted with the quality. I had some follow up questions for the company as i am contemplating printing more mats. The customer service was outstanding. They were able to provide me more detailed and technical answers than i expected and even gave me guidance on which material may suit my purposes best. I think it is important for DIYers to understand that to have a high quality large mat you must ensure that your file is high resolution...i try to get mine as close to 100 mb as i can. I ordered 2 more mats and i hope they turn out as good as the first one. There are lead times and I am okay with that.

The print quality is consistently great, the colours come out beautifully, and everything arrives looking just as expected. PrintKK made my first product launch so much easier. The quality of the apparel is consistent and the prints hold up well after washing. Support team was friendly and patient with my questions. Will definitely keep using them.

Ich habe Kleidungsstücke aus Milchseide bestellt und Polyester geliefert bekommen. Nach Anfragen um Entschädigung wurde ich nur angelogen und hingehalten. Ich habe letztendlich einen 20€ Gutschein für meinen Schaden von 160€ bekommen. Das Unternehmen hat einen Fehler gemacht und keine Verantwortung dafür übernommen.
