I was sent a knock off product with a different brand. Similar, but not the same and not what I ordered. I needed a specific brand and style paper and now I have wasted my time and I am responsible to shipping it back and bringing it back to UPS. Get it right the first time or inform me you don't have what I ordered.

Too upset to write my experience. Last 4 orders placed, either received 1 month later(paid PriorityMail), or incorrect product received. Currently waiting on an order placed a week ago. Again paid priority mail, USPS still awaiting package. Gave this company way too many chances and still not reliable. Very dissatisfied...

Substituted a similar but different product from another manufacturer--how is that OK? Different smoothness, slightly different color, but I will make do. Had to nag them to send it in the first place after FedEx reported "awaiting package" for several days.
