They printed the checks with the wrong start date. Fine, no problem, mistakes happen. It's what ensued (or didn't ensue) after that that made everything such a nightmare. Days between email responses to get the order reprinted. A week later and they still hadn't put my order into process. I requested a cancellation and refund and they told me it was taken care of. Weeks later still no refund. Two emails later with no responses I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Highly do not recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Tried to give them our business. Wanted to order some business checks but their website keeps crashing. I reached out to the customer support, but they really didn't do anything but email me the next day a link that did the exact same thing it did when I originally tried, CRASHED. Beware. If you get ripped off, you were warned,

Logo on the back came with a white trim around it, front logo on sweater has a white mark across it pure laziness and no pride in it. Very poor quality of service, no tracking support from customer service either

The worst company! HORRIBLE customer service & poorly designed website riddled with problems. I ordered a personalized form on 6/26 - 4 weeks ago. I received an email that had NO written content, NO instructions, NO information - just a pdf of what I wanted printed on my form in tiny print in the upper left corner of the pdf. I assumed it was a proof so I responded to the email with my approval. Then I received a duplicate days later. There has been NO communication on the status of my order so I called. The rep told me that production was waiting on my approval! WTH? She then proceeded to tell me it would be another 2 weeks! I tried twice to contact the company through their online form & the site crashed. I went to their FB page & their email doesn’t work! UNPROFESSIONAL & POORLY MANAGED COMPANY! There’s NO way to contact the his company online! 7/18: Received a box today with NO company name! It wasn’t ticking so we knew it wasn’t a bomb. WTH? What company sends an order with NO COMPANY NAME?!?!
