The product I ordered came in the size I ordered and looks exactly like the proof. I am very satisfied with it. The only complaint I have is that it did not arrive in the time advertised. I was not in a hurry to take delivery on it so the complaint is negligible.

The personal assistance! I submitted a graphic that wasn't going to print well, and I received a personal phone call so I could remedy the situation before printing. It was much appreciated. There was also a quick turnaround and great pricing.
