My order never came and now I am out 109.00. No way to contact copany. Total scam.

Never received my product. Ever. I want my money back. Horrible contrasting company

I placed an order and asked for a refund because it arrived way too late and I’m still waiting to hear from them and it’s been over a month Would NOT order from this company!!

Order 51053. Ordered on May 15th. It is may 30th right now. It is still in processing mode. I would be willing to bet all the reviews that like it are fake. I am about to report it as fraud to my bank. Enough people do that and something will happen to the people doing this crap. I would not order the filter straw if I were you.

I ordered 5 straws on April 26 (Order #34349) and paid by credit card. My order has been stuck “In Transit” for weeks!!! When will this move out for Delivery??? Claudia Bush; Gladstone, MO 64119 (post office for Gladstone is in Kansas City, MO so either Gladstone or Kansas City, MO are correct.

I would give a zero if that option was available! I ordered on May 6 and I still have not recieved anything. I recieved an email saying my order shipped with a tracking number but it took a long time for that tracking number to show up with the postal service. Now my order just seems to be traveling around in the same sorting center for days and still not on the way !

I would give zero stars. I don't know if they are a scam, but I ordered their water filter straws on April 22, changed my mind a few minutes later and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Since then I have gotten neither the refund nor the items. I have gotten many support replies that they are 'waiting for the carrier'.

I received no order number, no confirmation email yet. It’s been over a week. They have my money already. I’m preparing to dispute it. I was told it’s coming from Tunisia. If no one in the reviews has actually tested it with dirty water, how can we trust that it works?
