Prime Website DesignerReviews of primewebsitedesigner.com

Great Company and great employees to work with very supportive and very comfortable in payments also, Matthew is a great guy and best project manager ever.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are scammers. They build an average website for you, then try to hook you with additional services they offer you while not maintaining your page properly, and they will not give your your domain back once you decide to get your services elsewhere. Also, if you made the mistake of hiring them, make sure you hold onto all your receipts and the contract because I never got my money refunded after they failed to provide the services they promised; i was not able to locate them because they are an overseas company that pretends to be in California. You will never be able to track them down for any accountability OR refunds, STAY AWAY!

Just when I thought this company could not get any worse. They requested to transfer my domain before them, taking my website down and making ridiculous demands. I requested that they transfer my domain back to the original provider but to no avail. I have sent multiple emails to Tom Cooper, the manager, who is ignoring my emails. However, someone from the company called me yesterday, attempting to upsell me on additional services, and when I mentioned my domain, I assume someone said something to him because he hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. If you are looking for website services or any other service they offer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!

I recently worked with Prime Website Designer. They were taking care of my 2 business websites and my Marketing as well. I was really pleased with the Professionalism and their availability to attend to me whenever I needed a response, and they kept me updated on everything. I would like to thank Tom Cooper and his team, who led to my work completion in the promised time period for both of my sites. I would thank Prime Website Designer and I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE DO NOT HIRE. I had a horrible experience and completely regret hiring them.

My name is Frank and I recently had the pleasure of working with Prime Website Designer and I could not be happier with the experience. As the owner of a car modification business I knew that having a visually stunning and user friendly website was crucial to showcasing our services and attracting potential customers. That's where Prime Website Designer came in and they certainly did not disappoint. I was met with professionalism and a genuine eagerness to help bring my vision to life. What truly sets Prime Website Designer apart is their commitment to delivering results within the promised timeframe. I give credit to Tom Cooper and his associates who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my website was perfectly functional. Thanks to their exceptional work, I would recommend Prime to anyone in need of quick and professional web design services. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

I am a new customer to Prime, and a new customer to any design services at all. I was very concerned about the process and the cost of having anything custom-designed. I was delighted by their willingness to listen to my concerns, to respond to my requests in a timely way. The logo I chose from five options was 'tweaked' to my specifications, and is delightful, representing my ideas beautifully. The project manager was attentive and responsive, and the five different designs helped me to know whether I was hitting my targets. Overall, completely satisfied. Delighted, even.

Great service though my designs were delayed initially! Excellent service from Tom Cooper who made amends and ensured my designs were quickly done according to specifications.
