I'm using my new candles every day. No problems at all with the transaction.

Product came on time as Shipping was really fast.

I tried to initate a return. I was informed that I would be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, or, I could keep the item I didn't order for a 10% refund. I told them I did not get what I ordered. They then placed, and charged me for the item I origionally ordered without any authorization. I will be disputing with my credit card. Do not order from this company.

I think the company did fine but after seven days I was getting worried and then t finally received it. The following day I got a text it was on its way. Would appreciate the heads up before the delivery so I can watch out for it. Lots of packages getting stolen from people nowadays.

Packed secure

Love these candles

Nicely boxed and since it is a gift, I will not open it.

Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Always have enjoyed the best customer service and dealings with an excellent company.
