Prime Publishing USAReviews of primepublishingusa.com

This company took advantage of a self published author with many promises! I spent over $20,000.00 paying this company to promote and publish my book! They’re not to be trusted … in my experience! They put you on the phone with people from another country taking your payment information. They title these individuals as partners. It was shady from the beginning. Every time my book went into their next phase … they would ask for additional money. Stay FAR AWAY from these people!

It took this firm 7 months to reply to this review and the reply did address the stated concern in this review or in my previous review. When I call them now, they promise a return phone call which never comes. This has happened dozens of times. I would like to resolve the issue of their Distribution Program and the funds owed, but it is hard to do when the firm is totally no-responsive. It appears that this business may have ceased operations. Their phones disconnect before ringing. Their chat is not answered. They do not answer emails. They owe me a substantial sum of money and there does not appear to be any way to get a response from this firm.

This publisher sold 1776 of my books (as per their reports to me) and is holding on to over $50,000 USD of my royalties. They are no longer responding to my calls. Trustpilot is now the only way for me to communicate my situation. Also, my contract included copyrights….none to be found. I have a lawyer looking into this. To all the 4 and 5 star reviews, you must be part of the SCAM. Keep your money and look for another publisher. They took my money and wasted 13 months of my time with long delays and if they actually sold even 1 book, where are my royalties. I will continue to update my situation on this platform. I will not go away. Shame on you Prime Publishing USA.

This business is a scam. Not one of the services I purchased was competently provided, and they introduced a number of errors in the text that I had to go through and remove. They are not competent proofreaders much less editors. Cover suggestions were clearly made by someone who had never read the book in question. DO NOT PUBLISH THROUGH THIS FIRM.
