I can only talk about their website…
I can only talk about their website hosting services. Last summer I saw their ad on google for web design. The price was great and the lady I chatted with was great about answering questions. They did build me a great website, but then the pressure came. First it was for hosting the site on their private server. Then creating a custom back end. Then little fees here and there to be compliant. I agreed to all of it, because it sounded reasonable. Website management and updates at my finger tips, a secured server to host my site and remain secure. Ha. The custom back end, which was supposed to be user friendly and tailored to me looked like a 2year old designed it. The language used was not for average folk, and I had no control over minor edits to the page like wording and such. We went back and forth for MONTHS. It didn't improve. I couldn't even delete comments on my blog posts, and the blog options were very limited. I finally got them to migrate the backend to Wordpress which took around 6 weeks. For many of those my website was down and not accessible. Way too long in my opinion. The final straw was about a month ago. Malicious code was embedded in the code of my website. It went all the way back to the server and was due to a delayed update of Wordpress security plugins. THEIR SERVERS ARE NOT SECURE. They told me to pay more money to clean it up (2500 us) and basically it wasn't their fault. The communication was terrible, and the accountability wasn't there. The service did not live up to the price point.
