They scammed me out of $1200 dollars misrepresenting in both written description and visuals a Weekly Shonen #1 2004. The pictures on the listing and description conflicted heavily and I received a damaged book with missing inserts. Reached out about a return per their policy and they never got back to me and when I reached out for a potential buy at a later date they claimed they never received anything and would not honor it. Debated this with them and they blocked me. They are scam artists.

Excellent and very friendly communication from the seller from the start. Just received my parcel this morning - very quick delivery from the States to the UK in a totally secure and bomb proof package no courier could damage. The book itself is even better than expected. Such a lovely copy - with white pages - and thanks to Primecitycomics I have picked it up at a ridiculously low price. Marks out of 10 for this seller - 11. I can recommend Primecitycomics to any serious comic collector who wants lovely comics at a great price. You will not be disappointed. I wish all transactions were this smooth, easy and satisfying. Thanks. I will be buying from you again, rest assured.

Purchased an item from them on eBay. By some ordeal it arrived damaged however they rectified the situation in a timely manner. Great service.

Purchased a gold star Pikachu. Was out of country for vacation so the card got returned back to them. During this time to card surged 50% above the price I purchased it for. Instead of cancelling the order, they decided to overnight it back to me. With that said, there was no way I could let them pay for shipping twice so I zelled them the postage + Some extra for dinner! YOU GUYS ROCK! Keep up the great work !

Purchased a book from Prime City and was very pleased with the professional service I received. Would do business with them again and highly recommend this company.

I purchased a vintage comic book at auction that looked excellent on the outside, but contained a significant interior flaw that wasn't mentioned. They immediately acknowledged their error and gave multiple options to resolve it that were beyond my expectations, then followed through on my choice literally within minutes. Excellent service. Can't speak highly enough about their professionalism in dealing with a mistake.

They delivered the product on time. Great communication. I was very happy with how everything was treated.

FedEx lost my card in the mail but the staff was quick to send a replacement without giving me any hassle. Would buy from again
