I received a letter from this company or shall I say a letter about refinancing my home, I've also received several letters from this company and allied mortgage, I'm not interested in refinancing my home as I have said several times, I then called to reach out to this company to advise them to stop sending me letters, because at this point it seems like harassment, like to said I have told both companies I was interested as if I was I know how to pick up the phone and reach out, when I called this gentlemen answered the phone as I was explaining myself and situation to them for the thousandth time the phone got disconnected not sure if he hung up because I wasnt interested and he didn't like what I was saying , I then called back and the phone just rang, rang, but at first it was answered on the first ring, so stop playing games I know this is a business but I'm not interested in refinancing my home if i were I know who to call and what to do so going forward stop sending letters to my home in Ga, it's very annoying and it's given harassment, NOT INTERESTED and I didn't like the games u all were playing not answering the phone, so unprofessional if I were to refinance wouldn't do business with this company

This company fails to follow Cease and Desist orders from the person they send messages to (who is NOT even a customer). They are constantly harassing with the mail. They have failed to follow my Cease and Desist orders since MARCH. Do NOT use this company as they are based in California, which for me is on the other side of the U.S. Keep opening BBB complaints until this harassment stops!

AS WITH ALL THE REST i SAY THE SAME...THEY JUST WANY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO SELL! ITS A SCAM, ESPECIALLY COMMING FROM CALIFORNIA YOU KNOW THATS ITS A SCAM! THE NEWS JUST PUT OUT A PIECE TALKING ABOUT THESE SCAMS THAT PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND JUST IS A"BAIT AND SWITCH", WHICH IN TEXAS IS AGAINST THE LAW. SO, PEOPLE KEEP ALL RECORDS OF YOUR COMUNICATIONS WITH THESE SCAMMER AND TRY TO GET IT IN WRITING SO YOU CAN SUE FOR MILLIONS!

I have asked several times to be removed from their list. I guess their processing department refuse to stop sending me notifications about nothing.

It is scam. They collect your personal info and that's it. I have submitted an application and I call them to speak with my "representative" who is name is Nate and every time I call he is out of his desk and never gets back to me. Just a BS company. Don't waste your time..

STAY AWAY. The company is terrible. I am purchasing a new home. I went on bank rate looking for a lender. I spoke with the mortgage person, he promised the world lowest rate and lowest fee. I said ok, i will apply. I did the online application enter all my personal information credit check etc. They wanted me to send up my doc. I explained to the person that they are on my business computer I can upload them in their portal but I can’t email them.  I was told my rate was locked in and I was preapproved, Its been a week and I still cant get a fee sheet. Rates have gone up. This company has wasted my time go back and forth. DO not believe all the google reviews.  Because they wasted my time I did not get to lock in my rate with a different lender. Stay away.

as a first time homebuyer I reached out to get a comparative mortgage quote and was treated rudely when I shared what other local banks were offering for rates. They would not provide a quote but wanted me to start an application. No clue why

I responded to a mailer and a very nice person processed my initial request. I went ahead with the application and provided everything they needed within 24 hours. I was promised that the application will be completed within a week or two. Six weeks later, I got nothing from them. NOTHING. They did not process the application. Why? I don't know. When I speak to the point person, he apologizes and makes promises that managers are involved and they will finish the application soon. Nothing happens. I call again and the process repeats. I am not sure what is going on but this does not appear to be a legitimate company.
