They failed a challenge then refuse to refund by claiming i’ve made an own trade on the same account. After showing fe proof then the owner promise me to replace with a new account but after 2 years of follow up, they blocked me on telegram by stating the company already got so many customer and they don’t care anymore about my refund haha. Stupid and fake trader

I would not recommend Prime Algo to anyone. The bot is heavily advertised as a "smart AI trading bot" with great risk management, but my experience has been nothing short of devastating. After using it for three months, I have lost my life savings. The bot carries a 30% drawdown, which is extremely aggressive and far too risky for anyone treating this as a set-and-forget solution, especially when the marketing suggests otherwise. If your so-called risk management allows for a 30% drawdown, that's not risk management , that's gambling with people's money. The advertising is misleading, and the reality does not match the promises. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.
