James was absolutely amazing. He made the process so easy and simple. I just scheduled a trip and am already planning another, I will definitely be reaching out to James for all of my future travel needs!

We worked with Scott S and he listened our requests and took all the necessary steps to find exactly what we needed. He was very social yet businesslike. Strong salesman but never pushy. Definitely will call Scott again!

I have been working with James in Prime Flights, he is an excellent agent, incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional and very understanding, I had so many questions he was so polite and super supportive and helpful from the start to the end, James is an absolute gentleman and an amazing person, he made my experience with prime flights amazing and I am for sure coming back to James for all my future flight tickets. Thank you James!!
