Alex was very patient with me and my quirky ways. He went way out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. 5 stars review.

Very helpful and accommodating

Worked with Arthur Adams for a flight from Orlando to Amsterdam and a return flight out of Brussels. SIL and I found Arthur to be very professional in his dealings w/us. Always prompt, courteous and constantly keeping us in the loop with alternative choices.

Scott made it easy to get our flights. I am looking forward to our trip.

Trust Pilot, Kate Kiraz is true professional. We had a complicated schedule with multi destination and to cancel some segments due to the circumstances. Kate arranged instantly & professionally without causing penalties and put back us in the schedule. It definitely suited our schedule and pleased us. Especially, we’ve got the best business class fare. If someone considers business flight, I strongly encourage you to contact Kate at Trust Pilot.

Kate was extremely helpful and made booking our flights a breeze. She even helped with seat assignments. I highly recommend Prime Flights!

The Sales Manager, Mr. Steve Odilov is the reason we use this Agency. He is a super guy besides being a real professional. Always gets you to best price while making it a pleasurable experience and these days that is hard to come by.

Alex was very helpful with our Business Class Flight from Venice. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend working with him.
