I spoke exclusively with James and gave him a very difficult task of coordinating flights for five people, originating and ending in two cities. In addition, there were airports I did not want to fly from and countries I did not want to stay in even for a short layover..whatever I ask for James came through. He was incredibly polite and we had an incredible trip as a result of his excellent and personal service. We emailed and talked in the phone, as well. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel as if I were his only client. In a rather upside down world, having good experiences with people becomes a rarity. I would recommend him unconditionally to any traveler. I should add that this trip was the 10th time on this same, international.itinery. usually, I dread the entire ticketing process. Not anymore.
