We had a set of objectives we wanted to achieve in our DC-Madrid flight. Trying to matrix them using the internet was frustrating. Friends we are traveling with gave us Larry P.'s contact. He was thoughtful, understood our 'wants/requirements'. Tested understanding. He was also patient --- and he met our needs all the way. Great work process. Great service.

I initially contacted a competitor. When I agreed to the flights I then was told they needed to check with the airline to see if the price had changed. Yes it had increased lol. I then contact Mike Rogers. He was honest and transparent throughout and understood my need. The price never changed after I agreed to the flight. The price in business class round trip was less than what I was quoted with business class on the outbound and premium economy on the return from the first company.

I used to book my own flight to wherever I go because of the scam that we've been having nowadays so this is my first time using this company but I am pleased that Larry has been handling all of the booking n everything I need which I got it. I travel alot so from now on I will be using and will be telling my families to use this company also.

First, I called ANOTHER travel agent and was scammed out of 25k. I was able to recover my funds. I then called prime flights and spoke with Lion and another gentleman. I was of course on high alert and guard. I asked many questions over and over and they both assured me they were legitimate. With that I still was not won over. They took me through the process while explaining and telling me the truth. After one and a half hours of questioning they continue to help me with out losing their temper remaining very professional at all times. At the end we were booked very satisfied they took very good care of us and we are not off to our next journey. Thank you Liam and your staff for everything! We will be coming back again
