Steve, Provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and concerns. Took the time to listen to what I was looking for.

I had the chance with working on this flight search with Mr. Stanley King. I was pretty adamant in working with a travel agent and I was worried I might get ripped off. After speaking with Mr Stanley King my mind was put at ease. I needed a comfortable flight experience for my husband. He is a handicap due to a stroke last year. I told Stanley what I needed and why. I wanted my husband to be comfortable with this flight because he has a hard time moving around due to his left side of the body being weak. Stanley gave us a nice seating assignment and seat us together so I can help my husband when he needs to move around. He gave us a nice combination of flight between going and coming back. I think I got a very good deal. He even offered to set my meal up which is gluten free and hopefully it will make this flight a very comfortable and beautiful experience for both my husband and myself. I am very glad I had the chance to work with Stanley and hopefully next time I need to fly anywhere, I can work with him again. He is very reassuring and did his best to find an affordable price for me.

great service and honest people i will use this company again

Larry was very knowledgeable to speak with and most of all patient with a slow , old person like me! Very kind.

James Duren is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is so attentive and knowledgeable, he makes booking a breeze. Doesn’t matter if you have lots of stops, changes or anything else in between- James is your personal travel agent that is more of a friend. He will definitely do good by you, without a doubt. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for a few years now and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you James- you ARE THE BEST!!!!!

I was looking to book a business class flight to Barcelona but was unsure about the reliability of a discount travel service. Finally settled 0n Prime Travel and it's agent Mike Rogers. I was not disappointed. Mike got us a great deal on United Airlines with a direct flight from SFO.
