We just recently planned a trip to Ireland. We worked with Gordon and he was great at finding flights to fit our budget and needs. He was responsive and found us a great deal to get our trip out of the group chat and into reality.

I have been curious but a bit skeptical of using a 3rd party reservation service. After researching, I felt comfortable enought to give Prime Flights a chance and the savings are real. You get all the features of a traditional booking at a lower cost. Larry has been extrremely responsive and patient through the booking process. So far, so good.

Prime Flights is an awesome agency to buy your tickets. I’ve had 2 amazing experiences with them. Orlando is an outstanding agent, goes above and beyond to help and satisfy the customer needs. 10/10 for customer centric and next level service. His manager Steve is super awesome as well removing any obstacles that could be problematic and very accommodating. I would use them for all future travel and highly recommended!

Owen did a great job finding our flights, for a reasonable rate. I was used to looking online but it is such a hassle and you don’t know how trustworthy the sites are. Plus, I also learned it is an additional fee to choose your seats. Owen made the process stress free and very smooth. He worked on it late into the night (Eastern time) until we were all set. Amazing! I would definitely call them again for future needs.
