My contact, Oscar, was very easy to work with and very knowledgable. Oscar gave me options and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He also made sure that everything was reviewed. Definitely a company I would work with again, especially with Oscar.

I had an outstanding experience working with Scott at Prime Flights. Our trip planning was unusually complex, involving multiple travelers, different cabin classes, flexible dates, and several itinerary changes. Throughout the process, Scott was consistently responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. What impressed me most was that he took the time to answer every question thoroughly, research multiple options, explain fare differences, and help us compare various airlines and routing possibilities without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He was transparent about pricing, availability, and fare rules, which gave us confidence in the decisions we were making. Travel planning can be stressful, especially for an important international trip, but Scott made the process much easier. His communication was excellent, and he remained available and helpful from the initial search all the way through ticketing. I highly recommend Scott and Prime Flights and would gladly work with him again for future travel.

He went out of his way to find the best quality flight for me, and was not satisfied with okay. He wanted a high quality flight as well as getting the right price.
