Agent Orlando Santos was easy to deal with, very professional and courteous. Very smooth transaction.

Quick to find good deal.

Jordan worked tirelessly to research flight options for us. When we were ready to purchase he was on a well deserved vacation and Harry was able to finalize our flights for our final purchase. Looking forward to our next booking with Jordan and Harry at Prime+flights. Dr. Kim J

Zack is a good agent for business class. He helped out all the way. I recommend Zack for business class , he ticket is $1,000 cheaper than the Google flight. Patronize him and you will not regret it.

Prime Flights was confident and diligent. They contacted me every step of the way to make sure that my specific needs were fulfilled. Larry was especially helpful in his responses and his research. Five stars to the company and an extra star to Larry personally.

Working with James is an absolute pleasure. We ran into very sad situation this week, where my mother needed to immediately fly from Milan to Chicago for a family emergency. James came through with flying colors. I was personally beyond impressed. I have used James many times in the past for my Asian and European flights, but always with plenty of pre-planning. This was wholly different and I want to thank James and give him 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Edward at Prime Flights. He was professional, very patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he explained everything super well so I felt confident about my choices. He also had a great attitude even when I decided to change my travel dates and connections, and he handled those adjustments smoothly without any stress. The entire booking process felt easy and seamless thanks to his clear communication and attention to detail. His exceptional customer service and genuine care truly stood out, and I would highly recommend him and use his services again.

We have been working with Oscar for the last 4-5 years. His hard work, dedication, to see that we get what I believe is a fair price and service for the price we are willing to pay. We will continue to use his services hopefully for a long time.a
